At MacRose Design Co., our focus is on you and the people in your life that matter most. Life’s big moments are all about connection. Do you have fond memories picking wildflowers with your sister? Or maybe the smell of cedar reminds you of your family cottage on the lake? We want to include these special touches because they are the memories and people that define who you are.
We curate your floral design with seasonal flowers sourced from flower farmer friends in Southern Ontario for a truly customized design.

We chat about your personal style and overall vision for your special event. Beginning with literary and art inspiration, we develop a colour palette, mood, and style to shape the atmosphere of your day.
From paper goods, to linens, and decor elements we will create a unifying design that creates a unique look custom to you. Finally, we will work with our network of suppliers to bring your vision to life!
This service is offered exclusively for floral/event planning clients.

We are here to make the journey to your day effortless.
Our goal is to keep things simple and take on the challenges of wedding planning for you, all the while infusing each moment with your personalities and love story. Our detailed planning worksheets will keep you on track and organized with all your planning in one place.
Using the MacRose version of “month of planning”, our team will be there the rest of the way to help polish your plans, build your itinerary and confirm your vendors are in place for the week leading up to your big day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you have a minimum? Why?
We have a minimum of $7,000 for full-service weddings before HST. This minimum ensures the quality and style of our designs. On average, our clients spend between $7,000-$12,000. This not only includes the cost of your florals, but also rental items such as vases, arches or candles, as well as the labour associated with executing a large-scale event (design, delivery, setup and teardown).
Do you take on smaller weddings and events?
We love working on smaller weddings, elopements, parties and events and will consider our availability for your event date. Please reach out to us directly via our email hello@macrosedesign.com
Do you have packages?
We have a selection of floral design packages for our preferred venues. Primarily, we offer a detailed Quote that reflects your unique design and service requests, after our 30-minute complimentary discovery call.
Do you have rentals?
Yes! We have a rental collection that is available exclusively for our floral design clients. Our rental collection includes vases, arches, plinths, table runners, table numbers, and candles.
When should I inquire?
We suggest inquiring 10 to 15 months before your event date. We limit the number of weddings we design and some dates are incredibly popular.
